Confuse your muscles and crank up your fitness regiment with combat fit. A cross-training, circuit workout designed to build strength, power, endurance, speed, agility, coordination, and cardiovascular stamina. Flat-soled shoes are preferred for lifting. Our Combat Fit classes are taught by high level, certified trainers and Level 1 CrossFit coaches.
